Lynette has worked at Smallacombe Real Estate for over thirteen years, currently as a Sales Assistant to Bruce Farrow, Janet Hansen-Smith & Sadie White.
Lynette has a strong background in customer service and hospitality, and now the real estate industry, and therefore has great people skills with an understanding of what makes them tick. She has a passion for research and is proud of providing excellent appraisal information for her team at Smallacombe.
Lynette has always worked in a support role to the sales team, but in 2013 decided to obtain her Real Estate Licence so she could be a more valuable team member. Since obtaining her licence, Lynette has been an active member of the sales team and provides excellent service to both Vendors and Purchasers.
Her previous experience as a Sales Assistant to two of Smallacombe Real Estate's award winning sales people has allowed her to gain valuable experience in all aspects of the selling process including property research, marketing, buyer appointments and negotiations with Vendors.
She has been married for 42 years, has 2 adult daughters, and has lived for the last 29 years in Colonel Light Gardens. Over the years she has always been actively involved in the local community. She worked as a volunteer Learning Assistant Programme (LAP) Teacher at Colonel Light Gardens Primary School for 10 years, a netball coach for Westbourne Park Uniting Church Netball Club for over 12 years, canteen manager at the local Plympton Flyers Little Athletics Club for 3 years, and has always been involved in various committees, either as treasurer, secretary, uniform co-ordinator etc.
This willingness to be involved, committed, and her organizational skills show in her work ethic at Smallacombe Real Estate and she is delighted to be able to transfer these excellent people skills to her real estate career.
